OFFICE CENTER OWNER IN CHISINAU BELIEVES HE IS UNDER PRESSURE BECAUSE OF UNFOUNDED CLAIMS OF HIS NEIGHBOR ON THE LAND PLOT

The owner of an office center in the Riscani sector of Chisinau, Ghenadie Bilbu, believes that he is under pressure because of the unjustified claims of his neighbor Elena Buga. He told a press conference at the INFOTAG agency on Friday that he bought the plot in 2015, "and decided to get the consent of the neighbors to start the works."
"But in response to this request, Buga demanded to buy a house from her kuma next door. Moreover, for two prices. However, according to him, based on the decision of the Construction Inspectorate on "imaginary violations", the inspector of the Riscani pretura, Tudor Ralea, drew up a protocol for the demolition of the building. On this occasion, there is a decision of the Chisinau Court of Appeal (CCA) to demolish the building and the finishing works were suspended.
"This decision of the CCA is based on false data, without legal expertise, without taking into account the opinion of the Architecture Department of the City Hall, which considers that the four-level building was erected without violations and with the necessary package of documents. They keep telling us that Moldova is on the path of European integration and corruption schemes are impossible. But here we see the pressure and blackmail of a private person with "connections". And we have not been able to start activities in our own office center for more than eight years. Whenever I go there, the vigilant tenants of the building, which belongs to Buga, call the police," said Bilbu.
