Chisinau, May 18 (Infotag). This year’s 3rd international gourmet festival in Chisinau, 24-26 May, will invite renowned chefs and confectioners from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and France to share their expertise with Moldovan colleagues, Semen Boran, Chairman of Moldova’s Culinary Mastership Association told a news conference in Infotag Wednesday.

During the Festival leading culinary professionals will prepare, cook and demonstrate their unique cuisines and diverse ingredients; unfortunately, for the past 15 years Moldovan restaurateurs have practically missed all the international events of this sort, hence the problems with our public catering industry, said Boran.

Participation fee for the Festival – featuring 120 top-class restaurant managers – is US$115 per person.

Established in 2005 Moldova’s Culinary Mastership Association unites over 40 members.
