​MASTERCARD PRESENTS NEW SERVICE TO MAIB CLIENTS

The country’s largest financial institution Moldova Agroindbank (MAIB), in partnership with the international payment system Mastercard presented on Tuesday evening a new service – Mastercard Concierge and Business Lounge, which began to be provided by the Chisinau airport, designed for holders of bank cards Platinum Master Card MAIB and Master Card World Elit MAIB.

Chairman of the MAIB Board Sergiu Cebotari said at the presentation that the MAIB has been a reliable partner to the Mastercard payment system in Moldova for already 17 years.

“One year ago, we have successfully launched a new bank product Master Card World Elit, while three years ago – Platinum Master Card MAIB. I hope that over this time, holders of these cards have felt and appreciated all advantages these cards are providing”, the banker said.

According to him, the 2016 was a special year for the MAIB, as this year the bank marked its 25th anniversary.

“I am glad to announce to our dear clients that the Moldova Agroindbank is concluding the 2016 with good results in its activities”, Sergiu Cebotari said, thanking the Mastercard system for 17 years of fruitful and reliable cooperation.

Director of the Mastercard regional office in Moldova Vladimir Rimciuc was the person, who presented to holders of the above mentioned bank cards the additional service, which, besides Chisinau, is available in airports of Bucharest, Budapest, Vienna, Kiev, Moscow and other cities of the world.

The Mastercard Concierge and Business Lounge is a service, provided to owners of Master Card World Elit MAIB and Platinum Master Card MAIB 24/24, seven days per week, 365 days per year.

“The Concierge service is receiving requests from any place in the world, regardless of its difficulty. Besides professional organization assistance, the spectrum of services includes, an emergency service – assistance in emergency situations to the client and his family”, Rimciuc said.

Within the presentation of the new service, dozens of prizes were raffled off, the largest of which were 1 thousand euros that went to head of the VERO-Nadina company Mariana Grigoras.
