COURT SENTENCES MOTORIST WHO CAUSED TRAFFIC ACCIDENT TO SIX YEARS IN PRISON

Chisinau court sentenced to six years in prison a 32-year-old motorist who caused a traffic accident on Uzinelor Street in Chisinau, in which four people were injured. According to the traffic police, in October 2020, he was driving a BMW 320 under the influence of drugs, without having a driver's license. His car went into the oncoming lane, where it collided with a Hyundai Tucson. The perpetrator of the accident did not admit his guilt.
