​9 PEOPLE WERE FINED FOR BURNING DRY GRASS IN THE PAST WEEK

Nine people in different districts of the country were fined almost 19 thousand lei for burning dry grass only last week. Another five citizens of Moldova will spend a total of 200 hours of free public works for five protocols of environmental inspectors. The number of violators in February-March amounted to 72 people with the imposition of sanctions for 252 thousand lei and 840 hours of work. Since the beginning of the year, 1195 cases of dry vegetation burning were registered on the territory of the country, affecting an area of 2510.03 hectares of land.
