This year, there will be no mini-vacations for public sector workers on May vacations, while May 10 will not be declared a day off, according to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection. According to the message, in order to optimize the use of rest days and non-working holidays by employees, economic agents of the real sector have the right to postpone rest days or working days to other days. In the case of public authorities and budgetary organizations, "the decision to transfer rest days or working days to other days belongs to the Government, which does not foresee such a decision in May this year." Thus, employees of the budgetary sector will be able to exercise their right to annual leave on this day to get four days off from May 9 to May 12," reads the message. Thus, the official non-working days are May 1, 6, 9 and 13.
