​NEW PROJECT ON VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE FOR STUDENTS LAUNCHED IN MOLDOVA

A new project in the field of professional orientation for students and the choice of learning areas for further employment has been launched in Moldova. Within the project, different activities will be conducted for training pedagogues how to provide assistance to students in choosing profession in last years of gymnasium and first years of vocational school. Also, a strategy on extending this program to the nationwide level will be elaborated. The JOBS-Moldova project “Vocational Guidance in Businesses and Schools” is being implemented on the basis of the Cooperation Agreement between the Moldovan Education Ministry and the Zurich Pedagogical University (Switzerland). The project is being implemented by means of three educational institutions of Moldova: the vocational school #7 of Chisinau, A.I. Cuza gymnasium from Balti and I.L. Caragiale lyceum from Orhei.
