RESULT OF THE CUP MATCH BETWEEN "ZIMBRU" AND "MILSAMI" MAY BE CANCELLED

FC "Zimbru" has lodged a protest to the Moldovan Football Federation following the conclusion of the quarter-final match in the Moldovan Cup against "Milsami." The match ended with a victory of the team from orhei in extra time with a score of 3:1.

As reported by the sports correspondent of "INFOTAG," the management of "Zimbru" believes that the opponent violated the regulations of the competition: the coaches of "Milsami" made six substitutions instead of the allowed five during regular time of cup matches. This gave "Milsami" an advantage, having a greater number of "fresh" players on the field.

The player Vasile Luchita, who came on as the sixth substitution in the 90th minute for "Milsami," scored a goal in the 93rd minute, resulting the need to determine the winner in extra time, as the first cup match between the teams ended with a score of 2:1 in favor of "Zimbru." And then Radu Gînsari from "Milsami" scored the decisive goal with a penalty kick in the 105th minute.
