TERM ON APPLYING FOR PARTICIPATION IN STATE PROPERTY SELLING AUCTION EXPIRES TODAY

The term on submitting documents for participation in the auction on selling public property objects expires on Tuesday, June 20.

According to the Public Property Agency (PPA), which will take place on June 21, 10 objects will be put for sale on June 21.

The most expensive lot is the "Moldova" tourist base, located in the Yasinea village of Rahov raion of Ukraine. The agency hopes to get at least 8.1 million lei from selling this property complex with an area 2.2 thousand square meters.

The property complex of the Iprocom state project institute in Chisinau, specialized on producing project works with authorized capital of 559.9 thousand lei, is proposed for sale at the starting price of 3,325 million lei. While the recreation center Lux in Vadul-lui-Voda - at 470 thousand lei.

The total summary starting price of all objects is of around 13 million lei. Most of them have already been put for sale, but did not find its buyer, thus the price on some was lowered.

It is already the second round of privatization year to date. It implies also investment and commercial contests. Besides, the traditional auction on selling packages of state-owned shares will be held.

As Infotag has already reported, revenues from privatization were planned within 220 million lei. As well as in 2016, it is supposed that three rounds of privatization will be conducted this year. During the first round, state property worth almost 80 million lei was sold.
