GOVERNMENT APPROVES ACTION PLAN ON ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY REFORMING

The Government approved an Action Plan for 2018-2020 for implementing the 2020 Strategy of reforming the regulatory system in entrepreneurial activity.

According to the Government, the Plan implies further optimization of normative-legal basis and administrative procedures. The tax and customs activity will be registered online in the State Tax Service informational system. Also, it is planned to simplify and standardize the procedures of goods’ customs clearance, to develop a new Tax Code.

In the field of permitting documents it is planned to open single windows in republic raions to simplify the entrepreneurs’ access to necessary services. The document also implies further reforming of the public administration, including the reorganizing of the State registry of control in order that inspections in economic entities to be centralized.

The reform strategy is guided by three common goals: development of a simplified normative-legal system; development of stimulus for efficient implementation of reforms and improvement of communication; encouragement of interested sides to participation in reforms.
