THE PARTY OF COMMUNISTS CRITIZED THE ACTIVITIES OF "MOLDOVAGAZ"

The Party of Communists (PCRM) has expressed indignation at the fact that with the purchase price of gas at $ 160 per 1,000 cubic meters, “Moldovagaz” keeps the tariff for consumers at $ 330.

This is stated in an open party’s letter to the leadership of the Government, the Accounts Chamber, the Anti-Corruption Center and the Russian “Gazprom”.

According to the Communists, “no internal economic conditions can cause the cost of distributing gas to consumers to exceed the cost of the product being distributed”.

The PCRM demanded that the Government and Parliament “urgently consider the current situation in “Moldovagaz”, examine tariffs and remove from the leadership those guilty of violations in order to avoid a social explosion and mass protests.”
