DA PARTY LEADER ADDRESSES TO COMPATRIOTS FOR DONATIONS TO FIGHT OLIGARCHIC REGIME

Chairman of the “Demnitate si Adevar” [DA, “Dignity and Justice”] Party Andrei Nastase addressed to Moldovan citizens with the demand to provide financial assistance for the movement against the oligarchic regime.

In his video address, he reminded that within the Chisinau mayoral election campaign all the anti-oligarchic forces consolidated and achieved a convincing victory.

Nastase expressed gratitude to those, who voted for positive changes, expressing regret that despite victory at elections, citizens’ votes were ignored by Plahotniuc’s regime and this was done because of fear.

“The fight against the regime is at its height and we have to put all efforts to win this battle for the country’s future. However, we need funds for this, to organize direct transmissions and meetings with citizens in all regions, publish newspapers and other printed materials. DA budget is formed of membership dues and citizens’ donations, without the latter it will be very difficult to counteract regime parties, which are fed by hundreds of thousands, stolen from republic citizens and received at the expense of illegal schemes”, the right-wing opposition leader said.

According to him, protest forces should unclose the citizens’ eyes about the real state of things in Moldova, as people are daily misinformed by Plahotniuc and Dodon’s TV channels.

“Republic citizens’ support it vital. I thank in advance those who will respond to the call and I invite everyone to join the resistance movement to change to better the state of things in the country”, the oppositionist said.
