​PARTY OF SOCIALISTS AND DEMOCRATIC PARTY RECEIVE ONE MORE MANDATE OF MAYOR IN TWO VILLAGES

The Socialist Party and the Democratic Party received one more mayor's mandate in two villages, where early mayoral elections were held on Sunday. The PSRM candidate won the elections in the village of Tarnova, Dondusani district, and candidate from the Democratic Party - in the village of Nucareni, Telenesti district.

According to preliminary results, 1,396 voters came to the polling stations in the Tarnovo commune. Of these, 1003 people voted for the PSRM candidate Victor Bodorin. For the PDM candidate Ion Lisnic voted 242 voters, and 115 voters voted for the independent candidate Oleg Lisnic.

In the village of Nucareni, 425 voters took part in the voting. PDM candidate Serghei Rusu received 291 votes. His rivals Iurie Cernolev from the party Platform DA got 72 votes, and Sergiu Lascu from the Liberal Democratic Party got 52 votes.
