MOLDOVAN STUDENTS WILL BENEFIT OF INTERNSHIP IN FRANCE

Around 20 Moldovan students, who speak French, will go for international internship to a number of European countries. The internship is organized within the program "International Internship Mobility", implemented by the Francophone University Agency [AUF, Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie].

According to the AUF, the internship will last one to three months and will take place in April-November 2018.

"The duration of the internship depends on the place of its undergoing. Students may choose between a number of medical centers, nongovernmental organizations, European institutions, enterprises and international cooperation centers in France, Belgium, Romania and Hungary", said AUF representative Olesea Simion.

According to her, the selected students are representatives of Moldova State University, Agricultural University, University of Medicine and Technical University.

"The internship is aimed at accustoming students to the professional activity in their field of studies. This is a good possibility to gain experience, get skills that would help raising the employment possibilities. Also, interns will be receiving monthly stipends worth 570 to 810 euros, depending on the level of the receiving country's economic development. The AUF also covers the costs for transport and medical insurance for the entire period of internship", Simion said.
