INVESTMENT ECONOMIC FORUM STARTS IN TRANSNISTRIA ON THURSDAY

The annual Transnistrian international investment economic forum starts in Tiraspol on Thursday. It will last two days, during which entrepreneurs, experts, scientists and representatives of authorities will take the floor within 10 thematic platforms.

According to the event website, the forum is directed to ensuring of constructive dialog and exchange of experience of public agencies and business community, the creation of favorable conditions for Transnistria’s investment climate. Over 500 guests – representatives of academic environment (universities, scientific centers) registered for participation in the forum.

The first day will be dedicated to the processes of economy digitization, perspectives of developing the IT branch and investing in it. The main topic of the second day will be tourism. The plenary session will be dedicated to the marketing of territories. It will be moderated by President of the Ukraine’s National Tourist Organization Ivan Liptuga. It is expected the participation of speakers from Moldova, Russia, Belarus, France, Italy. Also, within the forum a program on tourism development will be presented, as well as Transnistria’s tourist proposals.

On October 12, guests will benefit from informational tours through tourist routes proposed by Transnistria. After that, representatives of tourist businesses are invited to the Wine and Grape Festival in the Bender Fortress.
