The Bureau for Reintegration has welcomed the release from illegal detention of Moldovan citizen Victor Plescanov, who was imprisoned on June 10, 2022 by the Tiraspol regime. The Bureau's commentary noted that the Moldovan authorities kept the case under "constant control and did everything possible for Plescanov's immediate and unconditional release, restoration of his fundamental rights and freedoms, and provision of the necessary medical assistance."
