The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has acquired a stake in Premier Energy PLC to support investments in renewable energy capacity in Romania and Moldova. According to the bank's press service, quoted by INFOTAG the company is “one of the fastest growing vertically integrated energy infrastructure companies in Southern and Eastern Europe.”
