Prime Minister Dorin Recean has confirmed that Russia and corruption are the main threats to Moldova's national security. He said this in an interview given to the state-owned Moldpress agency, INFOTAG reports.

Prices in Moldova rose by an average of 1.78% in April, against 2.2% in March. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, inflation has amounted to 3.8% since the beginning of the year, while annual inflation (from April 2023 to April 2024) amounted to 3.51%.

The high ”yellow” level of terrorist danger has been prolonged in Transnistria for another 60 days - from May 13 to July 12, 2024. As ”INFOTAG” reports, the decree was signed by the Tiraspol leader Vadim Krasnoselsky ”in connection with the continuing threat of a terrorist act and the need to continue the implementation of activities to counteract its commission”.
